Based on traditional Japanese foot bathing; ash meaning ‘foot’, yu ‘hot water,’ heat is carried through the veins in your feet and calves to the entire body, promoting relaxation. Indian Head Massage then further helps to relax the mind. Cuticle push, file and scrub help keep your feet looking and feeling their best, with lower leg and foot massage to further ease tired, aching muscles and hydrate the skin.

‘Hand bathing’. Both hands soak to relieve aches and tension, whilst Indian Head Massage helps to relax the mind. Cuticle push, file and scrub gives you that manicured finish, while arm and hand massage eases further tension, leaving the skin soft and hydrated.

By looking at diet and lifestyle, Nutrition Advice may help you manage symptoms from any health concerns you may have. Identifying that gut, brain connection being an important step into helping you achieve your Wellness goals.

Reiki
Japanese energy healing system founded by Usui Mikao. ‘Rei’ meaning light, ‘ki’ energy. Reiki helps to relax, balance and re- energise body systems. Good for those wishing to achieve a deeper relaxation, as it can promote a positive calmer response to life’s challenges for a more peaceful sense of wellbeing.

With skin type identified, cleansers and exfoliation prepare the skin for a prescriptive mask. Hot mitts are then used to cleanse feet and aid toxin release. Hand, arm and shoulders are then massaged to release tension before mask removal. A neck, scalp and facial massage aid lymph drainage and hydration, leaving you glowing!
Deep Cleansing 60 minutes £51.50
Steam clean to aid mask absorption. Perfect for tired skin, sinus congestion, blocked pores or acne/blemish prone skin types.
Beneficial to have at the beginning of new season when environmental stressors can be a challenge to our skin.
Teen 50 minutes £39
Cleanse then steam with Ozone, it’s antiseptic action helps to improve acne and blemished skin. Extraction, mask and moisturise.
‘The Reiki Facial’ 90 minutes £70
Be balanced between mind and body with beautiful Reiki energy and the benefits of a facial.
Focussing on the three main energy centres; Earth, Heaven and Heart Ki, physical, mental and emotional systems are supported. With Reiki energy flowing, relax further into your Prescriptive Facial while soothing away stressors from the skin with products tailored to suit your needs. As your treatment comes to a close be grounded with hot mitts, massage and pressure points to the feet.
